Is technical support available at the annual conference?
Yes! For the past 7 years eVerbatim, Inc. has been generous enough to provide technical support personnel who are capable of handling all of your Eclipse and technology related questions. Please remember that the number of support technicians available on-site is relatively small compared to the number of attendees at our event, so patience is usually necessary while waiting for your time with a tech.
Our technicians will give you as much time as they possibly can, however we ask that you be courteous to your fellow Eclipse users and limit the number and complexity of the issues you bring to the technicians to address. If you have a longer list of issues you want to speak with them about please be prepared to break them into smaller groups so our techs can give everyone a chance to have their problems looked at.
