I registered and paid for the annual conference but can't make it - can I cancel and get a refund?
Refunds are available, less a cancellation fee to offset administration costs, up until 10 days prior to start of the conference. For a full event cancellation, the fee is $50. If you are cancelling only one day of a three- or two-day registration, the fee is $25. You can request a cancellation by calling us, sending us an email or submitting a helpdesk ticket from your account. All refunds are issued promptly to the registrant by check.
Cancellations and/or refunds are not permitted within 10 days prior to the start date of the actual conference. While the Users Group cannot refund for cancellations made within 10 days of the event, in extreme cases involving a medical emergency, and at the complete discretion of the Users Group, a partial discount for the following year's event may be extended.
